Replaceable Wear Components

• Welded Cutter Blocks – Heavy-duty blocks are welded onto the body and can be replaced once worn, extending overall bit life.
• Tungsten Tip / Kenclaw Tip – Fitted into the blocks and fully replaceable, reducing replacement costs over time.
• Center Block Assembly – Includes a threaded center drill with tungsten strips designed specifically for cutting. The center cutter rotates through soft to medium formations and is easily replaceable when worn.

This modular design makes Kenclaw bits a highly cost-efficient solution, as only worn components need replacement—not the entire bit.

We manufacture any size to order, with 6½” and 8½” Bits available as standard stock sizes.
